2) Taking a spoonful of ginger powder. You can do so several times during the day if you wish.

3) Netipot – There are many brands to choose from. This is the one I personally used:

4) A highly rated water mist, air purifier. This will help a lot if the air is dry in your room.

I’ve found these products to be very, very helpful when used together. I’ve suffered from extremely severe allergies throughout my life. Not even allergy shots helped me as much as these items.
